INGREDIENTS
Thin sliced wholegrain bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 leaves of Romaine lettuce
4–6 ounces of turkey lunch meat
Sliced mozzarella
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 an avocado sliced
thinly sliced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread the mayo evenly on the bread/toast. On two slices add the lettuce, turkey meat, cheese, tomato, avocado, and red onion. Top with the other slices of bread, mayo side down. Makes two sandwiches. Slice each sandwich in half and enjoy right away.
